What is the WCF?

Not just a trade-show day.
A movement with purpose.

The WCF makes women’s careers, female leadership, equal opportunity, work–life integration, economic participation and structural barriers visible. It brings communities together with the people who shape budgets, teams, programmes and the conditions for change.

01

Expo

Employers, institutions and initiatives become accessible – in person, directly and with space for meaningful conversations.

02

Talks & Keynotes

Two main stages and dedicated topic stages bring together perspectives from business, politics, academia and society.

03

Masterclasses

Focused sessions explore the tracks in greater depth and create space for knowledge, exchange and practical inspiration.

04

Networking

Community spaces and curated encounters connect talent, leaders, organisations and networks.

The journey

The festival begins before the main event.

From February to May, smaller WCF formats take place across Germany. Employers develop them together with relevant initiatives or networks – meaningful in content, personal in format and never reduced to product presentations.

The pre-event phase begins

The first topic-led encounters bring employers, initiatives and communities together.

Explore relevant topics

Further formats create space for exchange across the programme tracks.

Make the community visible

Content, networks and activations continue the shared festival story.
